Stock Syrup

Ingredients
1 litre water
1 kilogram sugar
Blueberries
Cardamom
Thyme
1 Cinnamon ctick

Method
Place Water and sugar in a pan
Heat slowly until sugar has dissolved
Add spices herbs and fruit and lightly simmer for 5 mins
Remove from heat and allow to cool
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month
