DAB EPG ongoing issues

We have been investigating why the DAB EPG is not working properly and despite many engineering hours spent have not yet been able to identify the reason for the fault. We have not made any deliberate changes to the multiplex that would degrade this service. We are exploring the root cause behind the incorrect scheduling information being displayed and the EPG may continue to be unavailable during our investigations. We apologise for the disruption caused and we will update this FAQ to let you know if / when the service can be resumed.
