Hurt young turtle rescued in Skye

TurtleAn injured loggerhead turtle has been rescued after it was spotted by two Japanese tourists during their holidays on Skye.

The 66cm-long (26ins) young male, which has a missing front left flipper, was recuperating at the Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary, near Oban, on Tuesday.
