For this award, we want to hear about the people who’ve really gone that extra mile: who are not only making great-tasting food for us to enjoy on the street, or at home, but who are giving something extra – to their customers, the community, the environment, or preserving ways of cooking.
From fish and chips to pizza fresh from the oven, from handmade bao buns to cupcakes on demand – we want to hear about the exceptional people doing things differently! Tell us about your favourite place, their food, and what makes them stand out from the crowd.
