Independent food producers work tirelessly to enrich our lives and local economies. We want to hear about people and businesses using skill and dedication to create excellent, fairly priced, delicious end-products. This Award is open to anyone who produces food – from bread to butter, cheese to ham, condiments to cakes. Share your stories of the very best products and what makes them so special. We would especially like to hear about producers who are thinking seriously about the impact of their businesses on the environment from supply chain, production and packaging.
