Strictly Come Dancing Pre-Records and Launch Show - confirmation of application emails

Strictly Come Dancing will be bringing the sparkle back to Saturday nights on ��ѿ��ý One��Ի� ��ѿ��ý iPlayer later this year - and in advance of this year's live shows we have an exciting opportunity to enjoy��a taste of the magical studio experience��by applying for tickets to watch our Strictly pros in action!

This is your chance to watch an exclusive recording of the Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers as they showcase their spectacular dance skills in the group number performances for the first time this series.

Each record day will consist of two to three Group Number performances which will be featured in shows throughout this series of Strictly Come Dancing. Recordings are expected to last around three��hours.

** Please note that Tess and Claudia, the judges and this year's celebrities��will not be in the studio for these recordings. **

Ticket Allocation

Tickets will be allocated by��random draw.

You can apply for tickets for the Professional Dancers Pre-Records at any time until��10pm on��Tuesday 5 August.

You can apply for a maximum of��one pair of tickets per recording and if your application is successful you will only receive tickets for one recording.

Only apply if you intend to be the named ticket holder.

If successful��please note that tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another date or a person who is not named on the ticket.

Guaranteed Entry

Because we know how far people travel to come to see Strictly, anyone who is successful in the random draw will be guaranteed admission. You can read more on the Information for ticket holders��page.

Tickets for Main Series

Tickets for the main series will be allocated in a separate random draw.

If your application for tickets to one of the Professional Dancers Pre-Records is successful this will not preclude you from entering the random draw for tickets for the main live shows.

How to be in the audience

Step 1: Apply for tickets

Tickets for this show are being allocated by random draw, so when we receive your ticket request your details are added to the list of applicants. Applications are accepted until the publicised closing date/time.

Step 2: Receive a message

Once the random draw has closed all eligible requests are entered into��the draw. If successful, we notify you by text message and��send��your e-tickets��to your email address. If unsuccessful you will be kept on the waiting list in case anyone cancels their tickets.

Step 3: Bring your tickets and ID

Remember that every guest must bring original approved photo ID.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another date or to a person who is not named on the ticket. If your application for tickets is successful, your tickets will be printed with the name of the person who applied. The name printed on your tickets must match the name on your approved photo ID otherwise you won’t be admitted. If you��request two or more tickets because you are taking a guest along, all tickets will be printed with the name of the person who made the ticket application.��Our tickets can only be used by the person named on the tickets, accompanied by any guest(s) they wish to bring along. Every additional guest aged 18 and above must also bring a form of photo ID from our approved list. Photo ID must be original and in date (copies and out of date ID won’t be accepted). If you cannot provide this proof you will be refused entry. Please note that all guests must be accompanied by the named ticket holder to ensure entry.

Elstree Film Studios

Elstree��Studios are very convenient for central London; just 20 minutes by rail from St Pancras, a ten minute walk from the Elstree and Borehamwood train station plus excellent connections via underground and bus service.��The Studios are superbly located close to the motorway network (M25, M1 and A1), serviced by two airports (Luton and Heathrow) and only ten minutes from the Elstree Aerodrome.��

There is also excellent access to local amenities for shops, restaurants and hotels.��

A small offering of refreshments will be available to purchase at a small bar in the marquee.
