Hello, I’m Josh and I am going to be covering things in the general Shropshire area type thing so this summer should be allot of fun.

I am a complete film addict and watch pretty much anything and everything, hey ive sat through the Pokemon movie! And I do have some pretty strong opinions when it comes to whether the film was actually any good or not. To pull some random examples out of the air the appalling da Vinci code, and the disappointing pirates of the Caribbean film. But then again there were some good ones Mission Impossible 3 and Hard Candy. As you have already seen I go off on a tangent a lot, I should be talking about myself but instead I’m talking about the best and worse movies of the year so far. And you have also probably guessed that I do tend to have a little bit of a rant now and then. I’m told I watch too much TV but that’s generally by people who have not experienced the joy of watching Black Books, The Mighty Boosh, Green Wing, Doctor Who, House or CSI. I mean they really are deprived.

I listen to loads of music; I can’t really do anything without it reading, typing, sleeping, walking and occasionally eating. I’m an Indie kid at heart but listen to loads of other stuff. I love Kings of Leon, Motion City Soundtrack and Fall Out Boy but also look out for Paolo Nutini who is up and coming and going to be a real summer soundtrack he is fantastic. I think one of the best things I’ve done is taking photos at the V festival down in the photo pit. Getting that close and getting such great pictures (yes modesty not my strong point) was a real buzz for me. I have also written a script for a short film that has got funding and is being filmed in the next few weeks which is both exciting and really scary as everyone is asking me what to do. I need a job where I can write or talk about all the stuff that annoys me. It makes me feel better and other people will find it funny, well I say will, people might find it funny well I say might (you get the point). |
