Singh (Sunny Deol) is a lovable constable, from Punjab. A chance encounter with
Romeo (Kamaal Khan) changes his life forever.
Romeo
is a mercenary who is spreading a chain of terror wherever he goes.
He uses Nihaal Singh's naivety to escape from police.

As
a result, Nihaal is branded a traitor because he seemingly helped
a terrorist to escape.
He is
suspended from his job and is ridiculed by the entire village where he has lived
most of his life.
Meanwhile,
Romeo is busy terrorising New York as he puts thousands of lives
in danger. The FBI is desperate to catch this man but they have
a huge problem.
Romeo
is a man with many disguises. No one knows what he looks like and
the only person who can recognise him is Nihaal Singh.
So
Nihaal is invited by the New York police department to help put an end to Romeo's
notorious activities.
Nihaal
agrees to identify Romeo on one condition - that he can bring him
back to his village in Punjab so that he can clear his name, redeem
his family honour and get his job back.
But
the FBI refuses his demands as Romeo is too dangerous. So Nihaal
likewise refuses to help the New York police.
