Can I change the playback speed?

Yes, you can!

When playing any on-demand programme on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sounds website or mobile/tablet app, you can choose the speed of the stream.Ìý

On the website

  1. Start playing aÌýprogramme. On the playback screen, click on the playback speed icon (the '1x' button) at the bottom, next to the Play Queue and Settings:Ìý

  2. Choose from the six speed options available. When listening live, you can choose to slow the speed down, or rewind the stream to choose a faster playback speed. The playback speed icon will change to show the speed at which you're currently listening:

On the mobile/tablet appÌý

  1. Start playing any on-demand programme. Open the full playback screen (tap the black playback bar if the playback screen is minimised).
  2. Tap on the playback speed icon ('1x' button)Ìý
  3. Choose from the six speed options available. The playback speed icon will change to show the speed at which you're currently listening

It isn't possible to change the playback speed on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sounds TV app at the moment.
