He hears how doctors aim to manage the symptoms of polycystic ovaries, which can include infertility, unwanted body or facial hair, weight problems and depression. Mark also hears about research aimed at finding out which women are most at risk of ovarian cancer, which, because of its vague symptoms, is notoriously difficult to detect in time to be successfully treated.
