Immigration: Should you be forced to learn English if you want to live in the UK? A British Indian woman is challenging a new rule that bans her husband from joining her in Britain because he can't speak a word of English. Rashida Chapti has lived here for six years. Her husband, Vali, is still in India and she wants him to move here. She claims the new rule is racist and breaches her human rights, so she's taking her case to the High Court.
