The London 2012 Olympics will be the biggest test yet for Charles Van Commenee, the no-nonsense head coach to the GB athletics squad. If he achieves the target number of medals, then British athletics and Van Commenee will be propelled onto the world stage. Van Commenee doesn't shy away from controversy - he is tough with his athletes and is unsympathetic to people who fail to deliver.
