Food inspectors in Ireland have found horse meat in beefburgers destined for sale in the UK and Irish Republic. We hear from the British Meat Processors Association. Electronic cigarettes were invented in China in 2007 and sales have taken off in Europe. The body that regulates health products - the MHRA - wants to treat them as medicines. The Green Deal will launch in full at the end of January and the government hopes it will encourage people to make home improvements. Climate Change Minister Greg Barker explains how it could work.
