Now he wants stocks of fish protected all over the world. He explains how he hopes to do it. A man who made more than half a million pounds from a nationwide car insurance scam has pleaded guilty to fraud. More than 600 drivers were tricked into buying worthless policies with many taking to the road unaware they had no proper cover in place.
