Ben wishes everyone a Happy New Year…Chinese New Year that is! We also hear some sounds associated with the dragon dance. We have in the studio three children from the Chinese Community Centre in Manchester and they talk about how they celebrate Chinese New Year and what they enjoy most about the celebration. We hear a traditional Chinese story about a Dragon and Phoenix that are best friends. One day, they set off on an adventure following the river down to the sea. At the bottom of a beautiful lake they see a mysterious glowing pearl, but they are not the only ones to have spotted it…
