In today’s episode Gemma talks to Don who works at Billingsgate market and we find out about the rich heritage of the Fishing Industry in the UK. The story features an orphan by the name of Ned who’s brought up in Grimsby. Although he had a tricky start in life he finds himself aboard ‘The Grim’ and working as an apprentice fisherman. Drama is never too far away but nevertheless Ned loves life on the boat and takes comfort in an old Viking legend.
