Louisa is due to make an appearance in a popular TV sitcom and invites everyone round to her flat to watch it go out ‘live’. Under pressure from Ellie, Louisa also invites the show’s star, Maya Kumari, to come and watch it go out too. The unattached Maya proves extremely popular with the men, particularly Mitch, and Ellie soon finds herself in a very awkward spot. Sitcom about five single, middle aged neighbours living in flats in a converted house in North London. Mitch is a widower and part-time therapist, looking to put his life back together now that he is single and living with Will, his younger, more volatile and unhappily divorced half-brother. Elsewhere in the building is schoolteacher Ellie who is shy, nervous and holds a secret candle for Mitch.
