Christine Donaghy talks to John about living with the sleeping disorder narcolepsy. Agne Nazebetauskaite is a designer from Magherafelt who runs workshops in arm knitting and demonstrates the craft in the studio. John visits the multi-national Junior Primary School, Drelincourt, in Armagh and their award winning film club and Paula bakes choux buns with chocolate and spiced orange cream.
