On September 8th 2005, 90-year-old widow Elsie Hughes was killed in her home near Wrexham. Despite police appeals, witnesses statements and forensic evidence, nobody has ever been convicted of the crime. Steve talks to police offers who worked the case twenty years ago, and the police who are still working the case now: why has nobody ever been brought to justice for Elsie's death?
