PHONE IN A ѿý investigation has revealed a litany of failures in care at one of Scotland's largest care homes. Figures from regulator, the Care Inspectorate, also show that Castlehill Care ѿý in Inverness had the most complaints upheld against it in Scotland in 2024. Disclosure reporter Catriona MacPhee worked in the home for seven weeks as a cleaner and found residents with dementia left for hours in soiled clothing, and chronic short staffing.
