PHONE IN A ��ѿ��ý investigation has revealed a litany of failures in care at one of Scotland's largest care homes. Figures from regulator, the Care Inspectorate, also show that Castlehill Care ��ѿ��ý in Inverness had the most complaints upheld against it in Scotland in 2024. Disclosure reporter Catriona MacPhee worked in the home for seven weeks as a cleaner and found residents with dementia left for hours in soiled clothing, and chronic short staffing.
