Jason Mohammad takes your calls on MoD Education, Lewis Moody and Taylor Swift

The Phone In

Available for 3 days

The Ministry of Defence currently spends around a million pounds a year, sending the children of service personnel to private schools in north Wales. And the MoD says this is because "state schools teach some or all lessons in the Welsh language". The figures were obtained following a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Wales request under the Freedom of Information Act. Plaid Cymru has called the practice a "complete waste of money" whilst the Conservatives said parents should be able to choose the language in which their children are taught. So what do you make of this story? Former England rugby union captain Lewis Moody has revealed he has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Moody discovered he had MND after noticing some weakness in his shoulder whilst training in the gym. If your family has experienced the impact of MND, and you would be happy to talk about it, please get in touch with the show. And Taylor Swift has spoken about her "phenomenal" Welsh fans, and has said that she will never forget her iconic Cardiff gig. Swift was speaking with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 2’s Scott Mills ahead of the launch of her new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’. So what makes a Cardiff crowd so special? Be part of the nation's conversation.
