Former Little Mix star turned solo trailblazer JADE chooses two more songs on her ten-song journey in this week's Tracks of My Years. As a member of undoubtedly the biggest girl group of the 21st century, Jade Thirlwall helped Little Mix sell 75 million records and collect a host of awards, including a Best Group BRIT, the first time an all-female collective had won the award. Their other accolades include a Madame Tussauds figure, two more BRIT awards, seven MTV Europe Music Awards (the most wins for Best UK & Ireland Act), four Glamour Awards, an iHeartRadio Music Award, two Japanese Gold Disc Awards and three Guinness World Records. Since going solo, JADE has added another BRIT to her collection - this time for 'Pop Act' - and she finished 2024 by winning the Trailblazer Award at The Rolling Stone UK Awards. She was also included on many of the end-of-year 'Best Of' lists. This summer, JADE performed at a variety of festivals, including Glastonbury, All Points East, Mighty Hoopla, TRNSMT and the Montreux Jazz festival in Switzerland, and she’s on her first headline tour around the UK and Ireland this month. Last month she released her debut album 'That's Showbiz Baby', which includes the singles "Angel of My Dreams", "Fantasy", "FUFN" and "Plastic Box". Also, Vernon has the mid-morning music quiz Ten To The Top, a trip in to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Archive with Vernon's Vault, and the Record and Album Of The Week.
