Cerys' weekly round up of the blues you need to hear, from all around the world and in all shapes and sizes! This week, Cerys' guest is Blues legend Billy Branch, who calls in from Chicago. Discovered by Willie Dixon when Billy was still in college, the harmonica player finished his studies before touring with Willie and his band. The award-winning player has picked up three Grammys nominations, an Emmy and was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2020 and is a dedicated blues educator. He's worked with Keb' Mo, Koko Taylor, Eric Bibb, Taj Mahal and Bobby Rush. Billy tells us about his new autobiographical album The Blues is My Biography as well as picking some of his favourite tunes. Produced by ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Audio for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 2
