The Omagh Music Festival is to celebrate the life and legacy of guitarist Arty McGlynn, the family farm in Ballyalton nurturing rare barn owls for the third year running, and a history talk in Castlewellan to remember the town's Hiring Fair traditions. The All Souls Lantern Walk in Strabane which will reflect the influence of hymn writer Cecil Frances Alexander, St Colmanell's Parish Church in Ahoghill is hosting a special Remembrance Exhibition, and music inspired by the landscapes of Northern Ireland from Newtownards singer and pianist Lisa Dawson.
