Pupils from Dunluce High School perform a piece from a new sketch about Ulster-Scots women. Beatrix Blair, nee Hamilton, wife of the Reverend Robert Blair, a Scottish Presbyterian minister, came to these shores and settled in Bangor in 1623. The pupils act out the parts of Beatrix and some other women as they exchange recipes. Charlie Gillen chats to Drama teacher, Lindsey Moore who has put the piece together. (Broadcast:14th June 2008)
