Wikipedia claims to be "not only enormous and free, but reliable". But the fact that the public can edit its online encyclopedia makes it more than a touch anarchic and sometimes less than reliable. Now Wikipedia is using new strategies to spot vandalism on its pages by looking for words like 'poop' inserted by teenagers. Lesley Curwen talks to Sue Gardner, who is the executive director of Wikimedia, the non-profit group which runs Wikipedia.
