It was hoped that the Arab Spring would mark the beginning of a period of renewal for the entire Middle East. Well, more than a year on and Egypt goes to the polls to elect a new president. But political change hasn't brought economic success. Both Tunisia and Egypt have seen economic growth plummet - the size of Libya's economy has been halved. So what hope is there for economic renewal in the Arab world. That's what we'll be discussing on this week's In the Balance.
