Chocolate maker Claire Burnet joins Jane in the studio to talk about brownies. Claire’s brownies are rich, moist and deliciously squidgy in the middle. They are also, she claims, ridiculously easy to make. She discusses her favourite recipe as well offering some variations such as adding dried cranberries and white chocolate to the brownie mixture.
