It was Irene’s lifelong ambition to visit Nepal and see Everest. She made it to Nepal in 1992 and exactly twenty years later she sat down with her grandson Matt to relive her time there. Although the scenery was incredible, it was an accident she had whilst there that made the most dramatic impression on her.
