Eastleigh byelection - a crucial test for Cameron and Clegg

Westminster Hour

Available for over a year

Some voters in Eastleigh have already received their postal voting papers - but many will wait until the last minute to make their decision. It's clear campaigning will continue relentlessly until the polls close on the 28th. The Political Editor of the Spectator James Forsyth joined me earlier to look at the significance of this by election - and also to chew over some of the other pressing political issues - the ongoing horsemeat scandal among them and of course next month's budget. First he explained why this by election in Eastleigh matters so much to David Cameron and Nick Clegg.
