How important are grassroots organisations for pushing through black talent in football coaching? The UK's highest ranking female Muslim football coach is defying the barriers of racism in the sport, with the help of the Black and Asian Coaching Association. Annie Zaide, from Coventry, wears a Hijab and has been snapped up by the Birmingham FA. She credits some of the success to a mentor at a community sports centre in the heart of Brixton, south London.
