There's a warning from the European Commission that both Spain and Slovenia are experiencing excessive economic difficulties which need to be tackled urgently. And in an interview with the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, the boss of the world's biggest computer maker HP has admitted it "overpaid" when it bought a software company called Autonomy.
