The nominations have been announced for the 2013 Asian Women of Achievement Awards. In the West of England three Asian females have been nominated. Jaya Chakrabarti is CEO of a creative digital agency which she founded in 1999 with just £8000 and recently it was valued at over three million pounds. In this interview ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Gloucestershire’s Manny Masih speaks to Jaya about how she feels about the nomination, and if she feels it's necessary to have specific awards for Asian communities?
