Sandy Denny is inducted into Michael Ball's Singers Hall of Fame

Sunday Night with Michael Ball

Available for over a year

Nominator: Martin Nicholls From: West Suffolk Martin has his nomination of Sandy Denny inducted into the Singers Hall of Fame on Sunday Night with Michael Ball. Why: "She started as a solo folk singer in the mid-1960s in London, then she joined the Strawbs in 1967, then Fairport Convention before forming her own band Fotheringay in 1970 and then she went solo...You could pick any song of Sandy’s, she had such a wonderful and haunting voice." She certainly did. Another great suggestion, thanks Martin
