Muslims in the three counties celebrated the end of Ramadan by attending a massive Eid Festival in Milton Keynes. The two events in Campbell Park attracted over 4000 people, with the best examples of Muslim art and culture on display. The showpiece was the Salam Wall, a huge digital screen, where people from across the world could send their messages of peace via Skype. It was created by the Australian Islamic artist Peter Gould, but he wasn’t the only interesting guest Chetan Pathak heard from.
