Robin is a single dad to Isobel who is 10 and Robin who is 5. They both live with him full time. After the breakdown of his relationship with Isobel's mother Robin was granted custody of the children and so has brought them up on his own. He has another son who lives with a different mother but visits often. Isobel is actually his step daughter - she still has regular contact with her biological parents but Robin has raised her since she was a baby. To her he is not "step-dad". He is just "Dad". They sat down to talk about life in their family.
