January is the month that many may think of getting fit and healthy after the over-indulgences of Christmas and New Year celebrations. Shedding those extra few pounds can be a real struggle. But joining the gym is not the only way to do it. Lots of people are now trying out Yoga as a way of getting into shape. In this interview ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Bristol’s Sangeeta Dewan has been speaking to Yoga teacher Karen Hill, and some of her students at the Art of Living Foundation in Bristol to get an idea of what’s involved.
