After its controversial first episode, Channel 4's Benefits Street programme returned to our screens. The latest screening of the Birmingham-based fly-on-the-wall documentary looked at migrant workers. Fourteen Romanian men were shown living in squalid conditions in a four-bedroomed house, earning just £10 an hour. Pete Morgan spoke to Ionela Flood, president of the Romanca Society, which promotes the interests and culture of Romania in the UK, to ask if immigrants are being exploited in the UK.
