Steve Evans from Wolverhampton became a social media sensation after speaking positively about having terminal stomach cancer. Steve sadly died on 16 January 2014. His family told us that he passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was a regular guest on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM and also became good friends with, and appeared regularly on, Richard Bacon's show on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 live. Pete Morgan spoke to Richard about his memories of Steve and what made him such an inspiration. He also spoke to Wolverhampton Mayor Councillor Milkinder Jaspal about Steve being an ambassador for the city.
