Fighting for black British talent

Sunday night with Nikki Tapper

Available for over a year

A Birmingham born actor says that even though the US offers better opportunities for black British talent than the UK, he will never leave his homeland. Rem Conway, who runs Graft Productions, recently returned from a trip to America where he met with casting directors and producers. It comes at a time when comedian Lenny Henry has put together a number of proposals to stop black talent fleeing to the States. In this extract, Rem Conway tells the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Joe Aldred and Nikki Tapper why he felt the need to start his own production company.
