How nightmares are different for men and women

World Update

Available for over a year

Couples sometimes talk about “sharing a dream”. But they are unlikely, it seems, to share the same nightmare. According to a new study, you’re more likely to dream of disasters if you're a man and relationships if you are a woman. And despite what you might think, nightmares aren't all bad. Antonio Zadra is behind the study – he’s a professor of psychology at the University of Montreal. How surprised was he that women have different nightmares to men?
