Cancer ‘envy’ campaign criticised

World Update

Available for over a year

A UK campaign to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer has been criticised for suggesting patients wish they had other forms of the disease. The "envy" campaign by Pancreatic Cancer Action shows patients saying they would rather have breast, cervical or testicular cancer. Ali Stunt is founder of the charity and a pancreatic cancer survivor herself. Dr Miriam Dwek from Against Breast Cancer Research is a biochemist. The two discuss the campaign.
