It's nearly 3 months since Phil Ball from Chipping Norton arrived back in the UK after spending 3 months detained in Russia on hoolganism charges. Phil was one of the Greenpeace Arctic 30 who protested about the environmental impacts of offshore oil drilling in the sea around Russia when their boat was boarded and the ordeal started.
