Around a hundred Asian women wearing Hijabs went en masse to Luton Town’s match against Chester on Saturday 22nd March 2014. Most of the local women taking part in the initiative called "From Headscarves to Football scarves" had never been to a game before and wanted to inspire others. Luton Town admits there have been concerns about racism in the past, but hoped the event showed the club is a safe and welcome place for all. Aseeba and Henna both went to the game.
