Five year old twins Zachary & Reuben Smith from Whiteley were born three months premature, and suffer from a number of complex medical conditions meaning their short lives have been spent in and out of hospitals. They both need round the clock care. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's reporter Neil Sackley has been to meet the family.
