Next, Donald Macleod explores the roles Addinsell and Coward played during The Second World War. And following that, Donald Macleod and Philip Lane look at the impact on both Coward's and Addinsell's music from their time spent in the United States. Donald Macleod concludes by looking at the film scores Addinsell wrote towards the end of his life, including music for a production of Ring Round the Moon.
