If someone was asked what their race or ethnicity was and they replied "I am the new black!" what would spring to your mind? What would you feel if you yourself were a black person? During an interview with Oprah, the producer and artist Pharrell Williams said "The new black basically dreams and realises that it's not pigmentation of skin: it's a mentality and it's either going to work for you or it's going to work against you.
