Charles Hazlewood and the Ulster Orchestra are joined by guest, Jamie Bernstein for a special edition designed to introduce younger listeners to the music of her father, Leonard Bernstein. Recorded in Belfast, this workshop focuses on the rhythmic vitality and the energy of some of Bernstein's dance-based theatre music, with extracts from On the Town, Candide, Mass and West Side Story.
