5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Roy Hodgson is keen not to put too much pressure on Everton midfielder Ross Barkley. The 20 year-old's performance against Ecuador earned him many plaudits, but Hodgson says it would be "a mistake to think that our World Cup could hinge on his performances". The England manager also says he accepts that Barkley is good enough to start for the national team. This clip was taken from 5 live sport on 06 June 2014
