The Jamaican Minister of State with responsibility for Diaspora Affairs, the Honourable Arnaldo Brown M.P, was in Birmingham last weekend for the Fourth Biennial Jamaican Diaspora Conference. At the conference he launched Jamaica’s Diaspora Mapping Project. In this interview with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM's Joe Aldred, he talks about the mapping project and the World Cup.
